BRONX, NY – In a heart-wrenching incident that has shocked the local community, a 5-year-old boy was discovered lifeless and foaming at the mouth in a dilapidated apartment just steps away from a hospital. The young child, identified as Deneil Timberlake, was found early Sunday morning in an apartment building on Bassford Avenue in Belmont, law enforcement officials reported.
