MOORE, Oklahoma – The cause of death for renowned adult film star Jesse Jane has been revealed more than six months after she was found unconscious alongside her boyfriend. Jesse Jane, whose real name is Cindy Taylor, and her partner Brett Hasenmueller were discovered deceased at their residence in Moore, Oklahoma, in late January after authorities were called for a welfare check.
According to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner for Oklahoma, it has been determined that both Jane and Hasenmueller died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl and cocaine. The medical examiner noted that Jane’s body was already decomposing when it was found.

Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Jane gained fame in the adult film industry after signing a contract with Digital Playground in 2002.
Jane’s work in the industry earned her a place in the AVN and XRCO Hall of Fame, making her a recognized figure in the adult film world. Jesse Jane was previously married to fellow adult film actor Rick Patrick, but they divorced in 2012. In 2020, she was arrested for alleged domestic violence against her then-boyfriend during an alcohol-fueled argument.
