West Palm Beach, FL – January 25, 2006 – In a major development, state party chairman of the Independent Greens of Virginia, Carey Campbell has given Daniel Imperato his personal official endorsement for his bid at the presidency in 2008.
“There is a tremendous opportunity for the thousands of third party candidates to have a President to run with, that man is Daniel Imperato,” commented Campbell, who is currently fielding a full slate of congressional candidates in his home state of Virginia.
Campbell, also encouraged his party, as well as other third parties, to look at Daniel Imperato for President in 2008.
“I call on all of the third parties in America, whether you are Constitutionalist, Libertarian, Green, Reform, or whatever party that you are from, to see what we could build for 2008. We need a candidate that all of our parties can rally around to create a third voice in America,” stated Imperato.
Dan Mangru, the exploratory committee’s chairman for Daniel Imperato has had this to add: “This endorsement is the first step. With the support of good people like Carey who wish to come together to establish a third voice for this country instead of the same old partisan system that everyone has become used to, our mission can be accomplished. I look forward to meeting with all of the leaders of the third parties in America, and call out for all of the independents in our nation to sign up with our campaign, band and join together, and let’s make change in 2008.”
