Abraham Bravo Segura, a 42-year-old man from Texas, has been arrested and charged with kidnapping after allegedly keeping a woman captive in a trailer in Houston for four years.
Segura is currently being held in the Harris County jail.
According to FOX Houston, Segura had all the exits locked and windows barred with burglar bars. The police officers had to use bolt cutters to cut a chain to a padlock while the fire department employed power tools to remove the burglar bars.
The victim, who remains unnamed, called 911 while Segura was at work, after reportedly obtaining a phone.
Segura’s bond has been set at $150,000, and should he post it, he is required to wear a GPS monitoring system and stay 200 feet away from the victim.
