PHILADELPHIA, PA – A vibrant summer gathering turned into a tragedy early Sunday morning when multiple individuals opened fire, resulting in three fatalities and six others sustaining injuries. The horrifying incident took place on the 1200 block of North Alden Street in West Philadelphia, where at least 100 people had reportedly gathered for a potential block party.

According to authorities, the gunfire erupted around 2 a.m. and involved multiple individuals. The identities of the three men, aged 23, 29, and 33, who lost their lives have not yet been disclosed. In addition to the fatalities, five men and one woman, ranging in age from 26 to 30, were wounded in the shooting but are currently in stable condition.

As investigations into the incident continue, police have discovered several shell casings and one weapon at the scene.
