Mexico City, Mexico – In a riveting presentation to the Mexican Congress on Tuesday, Jaime Maussan, a Mexican ufologist, claimed to possess evidence of extraterrestrial life. Maussan, who identifies himself as an expert in the study of alien life, presented two caskets said to contain the remains of beings he described as “nonhuman.”
The remains, which bear a striking resemblance to the popular depiction of aliens – large heads, small bodies, and three fingers – were reportedly unearthed in Peru in 2017. Maussan estimates these beings to be around 1,000 years old and insists that the bodies are intact and unaltered, countering skeptics who have previously dismissed similar claims.
During the hearing, José de Jesús Zalce Benítez, a forensic expert and military doctor, presented scans of the supposed alien bodies. Benítez’s analysis suggested that the beings had large brains and eyes, indicative of a broad stereoscopic vision, and lacked teeth, suggesting a liquid diet. The hearing also included testimony from Ryan Graves, the executive director of the Americans for Safe Aerospace organization, who recounted his experiences as a former Navy fighter pilot and his role in investigating UFOs.
The Congress was shown videos of Mexican pilots encountering rapidly moving unidentified flying objects, adding fuel to the belief that there is more to these phenomena than what is immediately apparent. Maussan, in a bold proclamation, stated, “We are not alone,” underscoring the need for continued research and understanding of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP).
However, the presentation was met with skepticism. Graves, the following day, distanced himself from the event, expressing disappointment in what he termed an “unsubstantiated stunt.” He clarified that his aim was to raise awareness about UAP as a matter of aerospace safety, national security, and scientific inquiry, rather than endorsing the specific claims made during the hearing.
Despite the intrigue and debate sparked by the presentation, scientists remain doubtful. Similar alleged alien remains have been previously dismissed as either ancient Peruvian mummies or manipulated mummies. The question of whether these bodies truly belong to extraterrestrial beings or have a more mundane explanation continues to stir controversy.
The decision by the Mexican Congress to hold a hearing on unidentified flying objects and invite experts in the field reflects the ongoing interest and curiosity surrounding the possibility of extraterrestrial life. As the search for answers continues, the debate over the existence of aliens and their potential impact on our understanding of the universe remains a captivating topic of discussion.
