In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, local authorities are probing into the suspicious death of a 12-year-old boy whose body was found in a state of decomposition in a residential property. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office has classified the death as a potential homicide, noting the child’s malnourished condition.
The deceased, identified as Jacarie Robinson, was the youngest of ten siblings. His lifeless body was discovered by the police on Tuesday evening, around 7 p.m., following a call to a residence located at the intersection of 39th and North Elmhurst roads. Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Robinson’s older sister, Analise Moye, described her brother as a lover of wrestling, Marvel toys, and action movies. She revealed that she had not seen her brother for several months, and he had been living in the house with his father and two other siblings.
A local resident, who wished to remain anonymous, expressed surprise at the tragic incident, having believed the house to be vacant. The day after Robinson’s body was discovered, the residence’s doors and windows were boarded up with plywood.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the case, and the police are continuing their investigation. Moye expressed the family’s hope for justice, stating, “Family is all we’ve got right now, so we’re really just trying to hold on together for each other and hopefully get justice for him.”
In a poignant tribute to Robinson, friends and family released green balloons, his favorite color, outside the home on Wednesday.
