MANCHESTER, New Hampshire – An 18-year-old from New Hampshire has been taken into custody by local authorities after allegedly tipping over a portable toilet with a woman and her 4-year-old daughter inside. The incident occurred at Derryfield Park, where the teenager, identified as Aiden Studer, reportedly had a disagreement with the woman near the toilet. According to the Manchester Police Department, Studer pushed the unit from behind, causing it to tip, trapping the mother and child inside.

The mother and daughter were trapped inside the overturned toilet, surrounded by waste and bodily fluids, before nearby bystanders rushed to the scene and helped upright the toilet to free them. In a statement released by the police, they described the mother and child as being “covered in feces and bodily fluid,” but fortunately, no physical harm was inflicted on them.

Authorities have stated that there was no prior relationship between the woman and the suspect before the incident took place. Following his arrest, Studer is facing charges of two counts of criminal restraint and one count of criminal mischief. In addition, he is also charged with simple assault on a police officer for allegedly throwing an object at an officer.
