Mother of Four Dies Unexpectedly During Fitness Class

In a heartbreaking incident in the Riverina region of New South Wales, a mother of four tragically passed away during an F45 fitness class. Lumepa Amiatu Laweloa was in the middle of a workout session in Griffith when she suddenly collapsed. Andrew Gamble, an F45 coach and close friend of Laweloa, confirmed the sad news through a GoFundMe page.

Gamble described the shocking event, stating that it took everyone by surprise. Upon noticing Laweloa on the floor, he and other class members immediately called for medical assistance and did their utmost to keep her alive. Despite their best efforts, Laweloa later succumbed in the hospital.

The sudden loss of Laweloa has left her family and friends in a state of shock. She leaves behind a husband and four children, without having had a chance to say goodbye. Gamble spoke of Laweloa as a dedicated mother who always kept her children in mind, even during her early morning workouts. Her eldest daughter is due to turn 21 in a few weeks, and her 18-year-old son is about to graduate from high school. She also leaves behind a 15-year-old and a 10-year-old.

Laweloa was not just a devoted mother, but also a passionate rugby league player. She had been a member of the Yenda Blueheelers Rugby League Football Club for over a decade and a half. The club remembered her as a vibrant and positive person who was always willing to guide younger players. They extended their deepest condolences to Laweloa’s family, recognizing her invaluable contribution to the club.

In light of this tragic incident, Gamble has encouraged people to donate to the GoFundMe page established to assist Laweloa’s family. He acknowledged that not everyone may be able to contribute financially, but stressed that any donation, no matter how small, could make a significant impact. As the coach of the ill-fated F45 class, Gamble felt a duty to support Laweloa’s family in their time of need.
